At Hilltop Toyota we have made Operations Changes to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
With the situation around COVID-19 changing we have created a Health and Safety plan to ensure we can continue to serve our community. Here is a detailed plan outlining the steps we are taking.
Health and Safety Officers
Dedicated employees responsible for reporting and guidance to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and staff health safety practices.
In-Store Community Safety Information
Information bulletins outlining: Hand washing techniques, prevention, and best practices are posted throughout the dealership.
Sanitization Plan
Increased cleaning and sanitization of our dealership and sanitizing high-traffic areas and touchpoint surfaces, such as counters, door handles, and pens multiple times a day. Additionally we have added professional cleaning three times a week.
Loaners and Test-Drive Vehicle Preparation
All service loaners and Test Drive Vehicles are sanitized before and after each use, paying special attention to touchpoint areas such as the steering wheel, the push-button ignition, door handles, seat belt, infotainment system, and shifter knob.
Service Work Preparation
Guest vehicles dropped off for service are outfitted with steering wheel covers and seat protectors prior to repair work. All Hilltop Toyota Technicians and Detail Personnel are required to wear disposable gloves to work on vehicles.
Sanitizer Stations
Stations are set up at entry points to the Sales and Service Departments.
Coffee Stations
All complimentary coffee has been temporarily removed.
Hand-washing Etiquette
As outlined by Health Officials, Hilltop Toyota staff practice frequent hand washing and refrain from hand shaking.
