We purchased a used Tacoma from Salmon Arm Toyota. Dan was excellent to work with, helpful but not pushy, and the shop did a number of repairs on the vehicle when it was taken in. Dan showed us the work order and carfax and didn't mess around. We purchased the truck and had it checked by our local mechanic and they found no issues with the truck. Wonderful service! I booked in for an oil change/service for the first time and they went over everything with me. I figured I’d wash my car after leaving the dealer but much to my surprise it was washed for me! Something so simple that truly made my day and one less stop. Got my vehicle in quickly to be serviced. They ordered a part that I thought I needed. Got the work done quickly and saved me money when I didn’t require that part. They washed my vehicle at the end and drove it to the entrance. They also let me test drive a newer model of my vehicle while I wait for the repairs on my vehicle. Top service. I will be back. I’ll also say that my Toyota vehicle is solid and has been very reliable for 13 years and 180,000km.
